$35 Million Jones Act Judgment

Wilkins Schneller Law and the Finney Law Offices have obtained a $35 million Jones Act Judgment for a barge worker catastrophically injured while working on a bridge demolition project on the Ohio River. This judgment is believed to be the largest ever for a maritime injury case in Missouri.

Founding partner Gerry Schneller has been invited by the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (BAMSL) to speak at its 2014 Maritime Law Seminar.
